I like how in the video he put "No image/content compression" as one of the Pros...
I always thought that Facebook's great compression of the images is one of its great points. I don't care about vibrant colors/4K/8K myself to notice a difference.

It all depends on what you want. For everyday stuff it may not matter much. It can even save bandwidth. But when you are professional photographer or artists you wan to [resent your work in the best possible way.
Yeah, that's what I thought when I read it as one of the pros. Artists will love it!
