Ah, I thought it was mushrooms, I like the color of the rice below the seafood... You said you can buy the spices online, but are they available worldwide?

    I do not know. the brand is "Shan". Look for it online.

    From what I gathered it seems they have official stores in only a few countries, but I found it on Amazon, so I guess that's my answer.
