When it's corrupt and it's always corrupt, it's dangerous and the less involved with it the better. Unfortunately it's so bloated that so many people work for it and depend on it to live.

The problem is that I don't see any alternative, even tribal society's need some sort of a governing system with people in the lead.

We have two options: We fight back and hopefully delay their plans, maybe even destroy those plans all together or just roll over and let GovtCorp do whatever they want with us. I'm glad I'm 44, I don't want to see the world my grand kids are going to have to live in.
