That's a question I'm struggling with all the time... Not against death sentence, not because killers are bad people, but because of justice. But, that assumes a good system in which chances of being wrong are the lowest.

I mean what is someone was wrongfully convicted?

Even if only 1 person out of million gets wrongfully convicted........ justice still loses. There's no going back after you've snapped he neck/electrocuted the accused.
