End-to-end encrypted email providers can read emails you receive shortly before encrypting them

I am thinking that no matter how strong the privacy guarantees an email provider has, they have the technical ability to read emails sent to your email address from third-party email providers in unencrypted form for a split-second before encrypting them on their servers.

Hmmm.. that's interesting.

What if it is ProtonMail-to-ProtonMail emails?

Emails from ProtonMail email address to another ProtonMail email address are automatically end-to-end encrypted, where no data leaves the sender's and recipient's devices unencrypted, as already stated in my post buzz. The same goes with Tutanota and CTemplar.
