Privacy and anonymity are different things. I don't think that a single service provide both at the same time, even just satisfactorily.

Hmmm.. it seemed from the sound of it that the cell phone service would provide enough privacy to remain anonymous.
I might have misunderstood it though 😕
You cannot be truly anonymous if at least one person or organizations knows about your activities where you try to be anonymous.
