Mine is new too, less than a year, but since I got into Telegram, it started showing problems. I think it has nothing to do with batteries.

    Well I checked it, just as I suspected, it was my phone battery. I replaced it and now it works normally, in much better condition. Now the problem is another one that has also been around for a long time, the pin or connector of the battery that is damaged and causes the battery to not charge properly...it will be later when I have money to fix it...
