So glad I have no phone!

Taking his fingerprint does compel him to give evidence adverse to his interests.
He wouldn't willingly give it.
Those judges are treasonous to the 5th amendment.

If you leave your fingerprints on the murder weapon, are you self-incriminating when they link you to the crime? Seems biometrics are just a bad idea when used exclusively for security. Supposed to be at least two of the following:

  1. something you know (password)
  2. something you are (biometric)
  3. something you have (usb key, key card, secureId app on your phone)

Funny how this isn't normally available for your phone. Any phones require a pin and a fingerprint? Or a fingerprint and a nearby bluetooth device?

You can add an app to give a second unlock method. There's a FOSS one called AppLock available on F-Droid to add a pattern. It works fine

That sound so scary!
