I love chicken soup and fried chicken. What spices do you usually put in this chicken soup?
I definitely use cumin, thyme and mint when making chicken.

5 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 cm ginger
2 bay leaves
2 segments lemongrass
1 piece of ginger
250 ml chicken/beef stock
tsp pepper
3 cloves
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
