What kind of a reasonable person is stupid enough to trust any company where you are the product. Facebook has been amazing to their customers. Many small business have reached success through Facebook ads. But even Ron Paul's content was just a product on Facebook.

People don't even seem to wonder how Facebook has so much money if the service is supposedly free.
Unfortunately they want things fro free and one they are free,they don't bother much about who is actually paying. TANSTAAFL: "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch"
Having said that, I was behind in replacing FB Messenger, but that's mainly since our encrypted chat was originally scheduled to be released in Oct. - Nov. 2021, so I expected to use that.

I have been a hardcore Telegram user. Signal has many great things about it. But when it comes to features Telegram beats every other messenger in existence. The tough part is migrating your friends and family to these apps. I don't have many friends. So it wasn't too difficult for me, especially considering Telegram UI/UX is light years ahead of WhatsApp.
