The HVAC units reported yesterday had mixed results. One started working after shutting it down for 30 minutes. Coils were likely iced over. The other unit burned out a blower motor. Waiting for a proposal for replacement. #fm #facilitymanagement #hvac

    The summer heat has AC's working overtime. Good news that one started back up after the coils defrosted a bit.
