He's an absolute flatlander with no vision... just someone who wants to feel important but won't do the work transparently. This categorizes the entire operation as a SCAM, someone who is acting like a business but not actually OPEN enough to file properly. This is why getting their DNS info and Discord channel listed with the RMCP Cyber Crimes division is the fastest route to clearing this up.
