What ever u buy, tesla, Ford, Audi, Mercedes doesnt matter. The parts are from China most of the time. they just assembly it in other countries.

It depend. Now also other carmakers they make very good quality electric cars. Example Hyundai is also planning to make the new ionic as a brand for they electric cars even they are makeing already good ones. And there is also a new mercedes and audi they are amazing
