Absolutely! It has fleas all over its face. The poor thing is starving. I am guessing it is not even 12 weeks old.
It will require around a week of powdering before all bugs are down. If child wants it indoors check with local veterinarian to get something against intestinal parasites. Unlikely to have it but better prevent in case it does. Enjoy new pet.
