I agree with you that most vaccinations are useless, probably all of them (I never researched that really thoroughly) and as "they" are planning to change all vaccinations to the mRNA platform - at least there are rumors that this is what is being planned - ALL future "vaccinations" will be experimental gene therapies...therefore in the future, getting ANY "vaccination" is NOT advisable, to say the least.
P.S.: Oh and you might want to check out "Terlusollogy" see https://terlusollogie.de , there is an english book about it called "Terlusollogy" which is available at the GERMAN amazon amazon.de . This seems to be applicable to basically everyone, so one can benefit from it by simply sticking to these recommendations.
