Your content if it is good quality than u get paid after 7 days. So that means how much your content worth. I think soon there will be also a guide how to use dbuzz but @Chrisrice can give u better answers or maybe @dbuzz.

The $ amount is the vote value assigned to your post. Each account that votes on your post has Hive Power which determines the value. They also get a portion of that back for curation rewards which is how you can earn from voting instead of just posting once you build Hive Power

The $ is the amount of tokens you will receive after 7 days. These tokens give you Resource Credits that you will need to interact with the blockchain. It takes 5 days for Resource Credits to regenerate from 0% to 100%. You can see the % of Resource Credits you have here https://
