I keep seeing posts recently about walking which isn't only good for losing weight, a form of exercises, but also good for depression. Of course, you can do so along with exposure to sunshine. I prefer walking in the morning but my husband chooses late afternoon because it's not too hot already. I'm just busy in the morning because I have some shift at work.
Meanwhile, afternoon walk is also good. Since we're close to a number of parks, it has good effects on the body. The beach is also close, and you can have negative ions, which would be good for sleep. I had a great sleep that night. Indeed walking has a lot of benefits on it.
