Its logical, I think, but there should be an instances of wearing it and not to wear it. For example, we should wear facemask while we are in a place where a large number of people usually converge or in confined spaces, then we should not wear it if we are feeling well and we are alone on a certain place. But sometimes it is fear that overcomes us which causes us to be wearing mask anytime anywhere.

I think because people wearing masks are constantly touching their masks, if they are infected, they can infect others while trying to touch and move their masks.

Yup, I also observed that, too. There are also some who wear their masks in an improper way like their mouths are covered and their noses are exposed.
