• Simple happiness: like hugging my parents at the end of a day.
  • We're not getting any younger, right?
• Achivement happiness: When I work hard and find it rewarded.
  • Any #advice on how to stop laziness?

• Hugging my 5 year old son is also a great form of happiness for me too

• The greatest happiness is being able to sit down, and activate profound peace, without depending on external conditions

• If you feel lazy, try to discover your deepest desire + most important goal
