This is an example of why we need to be able to downvote accounts, not just posts. This crazy person just doesn't post with this account and maintains and 25 rating. It's insane how ONE PERSON can make Hive annoying. We have to come up with ways to deal with it.

It looks hard to even imagine how downvoting Hive accounts themselves can help solve this issue, if a spammer can just create multiple accounts and/or Power Up HIVE to also downvote unsuspecting Hive accounts.
