Do you mean that you want to prevent that bot from automatically downvoting you? If yes, then unfortunately, there is no such option to prevent someone from seeing, voting, and/or commenting on your content.
A blacklist is just a list. In fact, on most Hive frontends, you will still see the users you blacklisted, so that you are given the chance to downvote and/or comment warnings on them.
Still not sure I understand. Mute is when you don't want to see someone's comments or posts right? He can leave a comment but you will not be notified. And the blacklist is for...? 🤔
A blacklist is for other people to subscribe to, so that whatever accounts you add to the blacklist becomes muted on those people who subscribe to your blacklist. 🤔

There is no "block" function on Hive, and I do not think there will be.
