While preparing my On this day in 2021 daily posts, I find it hard to go back to my posts on January 2021 (since I have published at least one post daily) every time I reopen my web browser, since more than 300 posts need to load before I arrive where I left off. 😅

and you still did it a bunch of times... I respect that! My old PC couldn't even handle scrolling past 50 posts.

I discovered multiple options on how to avoid scrolling again and again: 🤓

1. Move the page onto a new window on the same web browser (or another web browser), so that I could avoid closing the tab where my last year's posts are located (unless I accidentally close the entire web browser window). By not switching to another browser tab, the operating system is prevented from removing the page from the computer's RAM (which makes the 300+ posts load again).
2. Use another desktop/laptop computer or smartphone to show the page. That way, I could more easily avoid closing the tab.
3. Save the webpage locally to prevent loading the posts over and over again when scrolling down.

I did the option #3. 😅

Maybe you can do the same in case you also want to publish your own throwback posts! 😏
