I once read a tip somewhere that we humans sometimes read into the concept of time as though it has a beginning and an ending.
We wait to start afresh at a new year, new month, new week, new day.
When in reality, counting a new day can start at any hour, mustn't exactly be 12am.
With such a mindset, a new week can start from Wednesday and a new year starting from March.
Don't think back, don't wait till the next "checkpoint" time.
