At a time in the world when there is so much to "buzz" about, I find myself more silent than normal here on Hive. I'm reading quite a bit. I just don't have much to say. Does anyone else feel this way, too?

That's actually a good idea. PeakD does have the schedule feature. I could save drafts for the times I don't seem to have much of a voice. Thanks for the suggestion. Cheers!

That happens to me a lot too.

The best thing about it is that no one can use your words againt you, right?

I guess that's one way to look at it.

I encounter this "your words being used against you" a lot online, and even IRL. (Luckily, my all family and close relatives are forgiving, but I've seen how people manipulate words to their agenda.)

It's funny because for the last few weeks I've started to write a #WednesdayWalk post and get halfway through then stop. I have draft sitting open on a browser tab with a few sentences right now.

I suppose there is a time for everything. Perhaps these last few weeks have been meant for me to absorb and listen. Your comment is much appreciated.

Not currently, but this happens to me more often than me being talkative...

Silence is often the better option:

  • No one can use your words against you.
  • You get time to think about what's happening around you.
  • You save energy.

10/10 experience~ !LOLZ

You get time to think about what's happening around you.

I think this is where I am at lately. I have been doing some thinking and a lot of listening to podcasts, sermons, social audio, etc...

That's nice. Good Luck~

@shinyobjects, I sent you an $LOLZ on behalf of @ahmadmangazap
Use the !LOL or !LOLZ command to share a joke and an $LOLZ. (4/4)

We all go through cycles. Sometimes we are in the mood to write a lot and sometimes not so much. Reading other people's posts and commenting if you are so inclined is helpful too. People like engagement on their posts. :)

Agreed. Lately, I have been more inclined to upvote and comment than I have been to create my own original content. The idea of cycles or seasons makes sense, too. Thank you!
