I can eat eggs with anything! When my niece was little, I used to make "surprise eggs" which was whatever i had in the house and sometimes leftovers and stir it all together. i like the rice base though too. even more hearty.

I've never eaten rice and eggs this way. But I constantly see videos about this on Instagram. In our culture, eggs and rice are not eaten together.
