They're all over the place. A 40 hour work week, working for a living, being employed all through to retirement age and beyond.
There is nothing so many people within a single generation cries more about.

Too bad the millennials can not see what the gen x'ers have set up for them. Times are changing and people need to change with the times. It is no longer about being an employee as much as it is about doing what you actually enjoy and getting paid for it. Creativity is where the future is. 😀😀😀
