Your HIVE wallet shows that you have $0.33 HBD. The best thing to do is to convert it to HIVE and power up. There is a convert to HIVE feature in PeakD.com . I think the better way is to figure out the internal market which is on the page:

The market lets you buy HIVE with HBD on the left side of the page and buy HBD with HIVE on the right. It is like the stock market, but you are making trades for less than a dollar.
After you convert to HIVE, you can power up which will increase the value of your upvote.
