In the upper right hand corner is the bell. If you click on that and then use the filter to show favorites it gives you the pop up list.

Whoa, they've added to that drop down. It used to just be 4 options: All, Votes, Mentions, Replies. Hmm... not exactly the ideal place for "favorites", but ok. Thanks for pointing it out!
Yeah, no problem. It works, but not as efficiently as I would like.
