Okay that title has put my mind in sound of music mode...thanks for ruining my day !LOLZ other than that great songs and I owed you a promotion for winning last week:
Going to listen more Bush to get that sound of music vibe out of me
Nice lead off with Air Supply. They really are a great band in their genre and have sold millions of albums. Nothing to be scoffed at in my opinion. I even had a girlfriend drag me to one of their shows and they were really good. Bush and Cream were interesting picks, you pulled away from the obvious picks all the way. No AC/DC, Bon Jovi, or Clapton! Great job!
Sort of Clapton with Cream I guess. Yeah, I want to try and introduce people to some stuff they may have not heard before. It should get easier the deeper we dive into this. I've never seen Air Supply in concert, but I bet it would have been a great show back in the day.
I saw them in Tucson, AZ in 2001 I think it was with my girlfriend Chris at the time. They were past their prime and at a smaller location but put on a good show just the same.
It really can be with some of those artists, but they still had it together back then. Going to a Crue or GNR show now just wouldn't be worth it since both lead singers way past their prime... lol
Bush were a British band that never made it so big at home, but I know they made it in the US. That song is unusual for lacking drums and having some cello instead.
I never saw Cream, but I did see Clapton at the Albert Hall and I think he played that song.
That is cool. Seeing Clapton would be awesome. I just picked up tickets for Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks the other day. I hope it ends up being a good show.
I think you just cant get sick of such a classic as sunshine in my life. Absolutely awesome Jam and my fav of the 3. Not being a Bon Jovi fan though, this looks like one of his better tunes.

There's nothing wrong with The Sound of Music. Probably one of my favorite musicals of all time!

A lot of people haven't heard of Cream I bet, they were a great band!

That is good, as long as you enjoyed yourself! Sometimes it can be a crap shoot with those artists when they start getting up there in age!

Totally!

Have to see these people whilst you still can. These oldies are securing their pensions. Either doing shows or selling the music off.
For sure! We are losing a great generation.
lol, nice post... With some cool songs... The Airsupply song, timeless.....
Thanks, I appreciate it!

Thanks! I have a feeling it is just going to get harder to pick artists as I go along.
We are running out of choices! LOL
Good evening my brother.
