I struggle too, and not overly worried about it anymore. When I feel like writing, I write what ever comes to mind. If people read it, they read it. Frankly hardly anyone reads my blog anyway. Most votes I get are auto votes with no eyeballs. That's alright, it is more for me to just get things off my chest most times or exercise my brain.
I think my blog is the same way. Mostly just autovotes without much interaction. Probably more than most though.
You do pretty good for interaction from what I can tell. I would trade the auto votes for that type of action haha
I've always made it a point to comment a lot.
