Basically yes there are many laws, but this is the blockchain, and we are not the law, the only thing we can do is highlight the problem, surely in the future as the regulations will go, hive will have to provide for this too

Yes, exposing offenders is a good way to point out the problem, and in addition to leaving a record of what happens and those who care about it.
What you mention seems important to me, work in regulations to avoid the supplant of identity in the blockchain.
