My watercolor: Little snail

in Discovery-it2 years ago

It’s a simple topic, there’s nothing special about it. A tiny snail slides on a pebble in front of a rusty wire fence.
This tiny animal is a young specimen, with thin shell which is almost translucent. It hatched from a pearl-looking egg along with many other companions some weeks ago.
The summer rain lured it out of hiding and was now on a journey of discovery.
One meter for this little snail is as big as the neighboring village back and forth for us. Luckily, it can go home at any moment because it is carrying the house on its back.

How to paint it?

Draw the main lines, including the fence and the frame.
