According to the legend, the village had been founded by a benevolent king who had discovered that the hot springs that flowed from the mountain had healing properties is what the locals say and it is a tradition of millennia today only the artificial ones remain since no one can bathe in the natural pools only in the artificial ones. The king decided to create a place where people could come to heal and find peace so as to continue with the tradition the artificial ones were created , as I went in summer they had no water and were completely dry . the best time to see them full of blue and natural hot springs is in April and it is the best time to enjoy them from afar is my recommendation . as the artificial ones are already very polluted .
