I remember that cartoon, I think it was another one my younger sibling enjoyed XD
That walk cycle is still slightly jerky, getting animation to look smooth and natural is definitely tough. But you're probably getting to or already in the phase where you're basically going to improve with every single one you do :) But you're doing better than me at getting to a walk cycle, I hate making cycles XD
You seem to have figured out the toon shading though, it looks pretty alright :D
if it is very difficult to make the perfect animation.
In this fanart I realized that light greatly affects the way the render looks with this shader.
Animation is my jam, I do understand.
