Wie gestern angekündigt, habe ich heute absolut nicht viel gemacht. Der Muskelkater ist tatsächlich da, wenn auch nicht so stark wie erwartet – also war das Training definitiv nicht umsonst.
Ich war heute wieder länger auf der Arbeit, als eigentlich geplant. Momentan mache ich wirklich viele Überstunden, aus welchem Grund auch immer. Als ich nach Hause kam, hatte meine Freundin Barbecue-Pizza für uns gemacht, sodass ich direkt essen konnte. Danach haben wir zusammen Minecraft gespielt und waren mit ein paar Leuten auf Discord. Meine Freundin war auch dabei, und wir haben nebenbei ein paar Fragespiele gemacht. Das kann man ja in Minecraft wunderbar einbauen. Es war echt lustig, endete aber leider etwas zu früh.
Essenstechnisch: Frühstück habe ich heute wieder ausgelassen. Zum Mittagessen gab es einen Salat mit Hähnchen und Gouda – diese fertigen Dinger, die man bei Aldi bekommt. Abends gab es die Barbecue-Pizza, und meine Freundin und ich haben uns eine Packung Haribo Ballastix Kirsche geteilt. Heute also ein absolut katastrophaler Kohlenhydratwert.

As I mentioned yesterday, I didn’t do much today. I do have muscle soreness, though it’s not as intense as I expected – so the workout wasn’t in vain.
I ended up staying at work much longer than planned. Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of overtime for no particular reason. When I got home, my girlfriend had made barbecue pizza for us, so I could eat right away. Afterward, we played Minecraft together and hung out on Discord with a few people. My girlfriend joined too, and we played some trivia games on the side, which is easy to incorporate into Minecraft. It was really fun, though it ended a bit too early.
As for food: I skipped breakfast again today. For lunch, I had a salad with chicken and Gouda – one of those pre-packaged ones from Aldi. In the evening, we had the barbecue pizza, and my girlfriend and I shared a pack of Haribo Ballastix Cherry. So today was an absolute carbohydrate disaster.

Schön zu hören, dass du einen guten Trainingspunkt getroffen hast! So sollte es ja sein. Ich bin gespannt wie sich das Training zeigen wird. Hoffe das ist nicht umsonst.
Wenn man mit Pizza überrascht wird, dann sind Überstunden ganz okay. Aber zur Gewohnheit sollte das ja trotzdem nicht werden, das wäre mist ....
Hoffe das Pendelt sich wieder ein.
Dass du einen guten Abend danach hattest ist top. Leider endet sowas immer zu früh.
Essenstechnisch war es immerhin nicht die ganze packung Kirschen.
Wobei, eigentlich sind die ja gesund und damit quasi Sport.

Danke - morgen bin ich wieder mit meinem Kollegen verabredet. Scheinbar haben wir uns jetzt gegenseitig etwas motiviert :D Der ist auch wesentlich länger im Training und hatte mal die selben Probleme mit der Schulter wie ich. Dementsprechend zeigt ihr mir mal Isolationsübungen, wie ich trainieren kann ohne die Schulter zu belasten. Hoffe das hilft, weil meine Motivation ist echt durch deswegen. Habe ne Couch getragen und seit dem wieder ping in der Schulter. Hab das Wochenende dementsprechend nichts gemacht. :D

Dass sowas auf die Motivation schlägt kenne ich auch. Hatte das gleiche mit ner Bindehautentzündung, das ätzt total, Grade wenn's nicht weggeht. Aber bei dir wird es schon werden 👍

Könnte auch gut in den Rücken gehen, brauchste alles nicht, aber riskieren tut man's ja trotzdem 😅

Schmerzen nicht, es juckt wie Hölle. Und die Augen sind extrem empfindlich. Autofahren ist schwer und schauen auch. Aber körperlich bist du halt fit, schwierige Kiste.
Man möchte Sport machen, darf aber nicht 😂
