Meine Freundin hat mir heute Bilder aus ihren Snapchat-Memories geschickt. Mein Favorit davon war eins von vor fünf Jahren – das habe ich einfach mal als heutiges Titelbild genommen. Sieht schon etwas cursed aus.

Heute wieder ziemlich lange auf der Arbeit gewesen. Verkehrstechnisch eine absolute Katastrophe, weil in Deutschland der öffentliche Nahverkehr gestreikt hat. Superspaßig. Dementsprechend habe ich auch noch länger für den Heimweg gebraucht als sonst. Viel Stau. Ich lieb’s.

Bewegt habe ich mich heute wieder in der Mittagspause, und ich war abends nochmal eine kurze Runde spazieren. Das versuche ich mir aktuell echt anzugewöhnen – klappt eigentlich ganz gut.

My girlfriend sent me some pictures from her Snapchat memories today. My favorite was from five years ago, so I decided to use it as today’s title image. Looks kinda cursed.

I had another long workday. Traffic was an absolute disaster because public transport in Germany was on strike. So much fun. That also meant my commute home took way longer than usual. Lots of traffic. Gotta love it.

I got some movement in during my lunch break and went for another short walk in the evening. I’m really trying to make that a habit—it’s working pretty well so far.

Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?

Heute gab es bei mir:

• Cashew-Kerne zum Frühstück (aktuell bei Lidl mit der Lidl-Card gut reduziert)
• Mittags einen Salat und einen Laugenzopf mit Käse
• Am späten Nachmittag einen Donut von Dunkin’ Donuts (gibt’s gerade bei Aldi im Angebot – zwei Stück für zwei Euro, wer Dunkin kennt, weiß, das ist ein Schnäppchen!)
• Und dann gab es, ich huste mal ganz vorsichtig… Döner.

Dementsprechend heute ein recht hoher Kohlenhydrat- und Fettwert, aber naja.

What about the calories?

Today, I ate:

• Cashew nuts for breakfast (currently on sale at Lidl with the Lidl-Card)
• A salad and a cheese pretzel twist for lunch
• A Dunkin’ Donut in the late afternoon (they’re on sale at Aldi—two for two euros, which is a steal if you know Dunkin’ prices!)
• And then, cough cough… a döner.

So yeah, today’s carb and fat intake was pretty high, but oh well.

Starkes Bild! Manchmal schön zu sehen was sich so lustiges ergeben hat. Ich finde es meistens aber übel zu überlegen, wi lange sowas her ist. 5 Jahre ist schon echt ne ordentliche Zeit.

Vom Streik hab ich gestern tatscählich nichts mitbekommen. Dafür waren alle wieder belkoppt auf den Straßen. Aber dafür braucht es keinen Streik...

Etwas spazieren klingt super! Bekommste dne Kopf frei und aktuell macht das einfach Freude! Hoffentlich bekommst du da eine gewisse Gewohnheit rein!

Essenstechnisch warst du ja eine chter Sparfuchs. Muss auch mal sein. Und abgerundet mit einem Döner, sehr sympatisch!
