Hallihallo, da bin ich wieder!

Die letzten Tage waren ziemlich ereignisreich – ich hatte sehr viel zu tun und hab dementsprechend viel Zeit am Schreibtisch verbracht. Auch heute war ich wieder in etlichen Meetings.

Aber immerhin bin ich heute Abend noch kurz spazieren gegangen, während ich mit meiner Freundin telefoniert habe.

Jetzt geht’s aber relativ früh ins Bett, weil morgen der Wecker um 4 Uhr klingelt – mein Flieger nach München geht gegen 6 Uhr.

Dort findet aktuell eine Baumesse statt, weshalb die Hotelpreise völlig durch die Decke gehen – 3- bis 4-mal so teuer wie sonst. Daher fliege ich abends auch direkt wieder zurück.

Das heißt: Morgen wird ein richtig langer Tag. Nicht nur ein voller Arbeitstag, sondern auch noch An- und Abreise on top. Ich weiß jetzt schon, dass ich am Mittwoch komplett durch sein werde – aber manchmal kann man sich sowas halt nicht aussuchen.

Hey hey, I’m back!

The past few days have been quite eventful—lots going on, and I’ve spent most of my time at the desk. Today was no exception, with a bunch of meetings again.

At least I managed to go for a quick walk this evening while talking to my girlfriend on the phone.

Now it’s time to head to bed early, since I have to wake up at 4 AM—my flight to Munich leaves around 6 AM.

There’s a construction expo going on there right now, and because of that, hotel prices are 3 to 4 times higher than usual. So I’ll be flying back the same evening.

Tomorrow’s going to be a very long day. Not just a full day of work, but also flying in and out. I already know I’ll be completely drained by Wednesday—but hey, sometimes you don’t get to choose.

Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?

Heute auf dem Teller:

• Ein Döner in der Mittagspause – der Beste!
• Cashewkerne zwischendurch
• Ein belegtes Brötchen
• Und Clearway – die Packung wiedergefunden, wird jetzt wieder öfter getrunken!

In Summe war ich damit auch schon bei rund 2000 Kalorien. Geht manchmal schneller, als man denkt.

What about the calories?

Today’s food list:

• A döner for lunch—one of the best!
• Cashew nuts as a snack
• A filled sandwich
• And some Clearway—I found the pack again, so I’ll be drinking it more often now!

That already brought me to about 2000 calories. It’s wild how fast that adds up sometimes.

Da bin ich ganz bei dir. Das klingt nach einem sehr anstrengenden Tag heute für dich. Dafür ist auch grade sowas spannend zu erleben.
Schade auch, dass du die Zeit in München so nicht wirklich schön nutzen kannst. Also weder zum Spazieren noch sonst irgendwas.
Hoffentlich macht das schöne Wetter einiges besser.

Essenstechnisch klingt das bei dir trotzt der ganzen Arbeit sehr gut. Döner geht immer und die Snacks sind auch stark.
Ich denke es wird nochmal Zeit für ein Feedback, also im Sinne von bist du noch auf dem richtigen Weg oderbereits übes Ziel hinausgeschossen.

Da ich jetzt wirklich über 3 Monate wegen meiner Schulter pausiert habe (hätte echt nicht gedacht, dass das so reinkickt) werde ich auf jeden Fall KF technisch richtig reingeschissen haben. Ich stell mich morgen mal auf die Waage :D

Ja - bin kein Fan solcher Tage. Ich war schon so oft in München. Wirklich Zeit die Stadt zu sehen hatte ich bis jetzt noch nie :D Immer nur maximal 2-3 Stunden
