It brings us great pleasure to provide another update to our Android version, which has officially been pushed today, with version 0.10.0 going live!💥📱
This release comes with 2 major functionalities added which brings tons of added value to our users, and integrate with other core hive ecosystem players.
Main Features
- 3speak Video Integration: Few months ago, we integrated 3speak video upload integration to our web experience on actifit.io, enabling users to create video content and vlog to the hive blockchain. Today we bring another major milestone, whereby this video content can be created or added from within actifit app, but also included as part of your actifit report!
If you wish to record your workout, your run, your skating, cardio, or aerobics session, or whatever comes to mind and you wish to include it in your actifit report, now you can!
We have essentially added a new controller button on the main actifit screen, replacing the old image controller, which enables capturing a video and submitting it to the spknetwork for inclusion in your next actifit report (video button highlighted in green below)
Clicking the button will popup a modal allowing you to view your existing videos, or create new content by recording or uploading a video
When uploading or recording content, you will see a progress report for the thumbnail generation and the upload of the video, as shown below
Once the video upload is complete, you can submit the video to the spk network to be encoded and made ready for when you need to include it in your report using the "Submit Video" button below
Once you are ready to submit your Actifit report, you will have similar access from the "Post & Earn" screen, using a video button just above the post content text box.
Clicking on the video icon will show a popup modal similar to the one on main screen, with the difference being that it allows you to add any of your videos to the post content.
It is usually preferred that the video status be "Ready to publish" prior to including it in an actifit report content, otherwise the video might not render initially and take a bit of time to load.
Clicking the "Add to Post" button will simply add the video to your actifit report content.

- Wallet Hive Engine Support & Added Functionalities: Following our recent improvements to the wallet screen, we have done a revamp of our wallet screen, and added support for hive-engine tokens display alongside actions across the globe.
So as of today, you can view all your hive-engine tokens, but also perform actions on those tokens. Actions include transfer, stake and unstake (power up/down).
We have also similarly added staking and unstaking actions (power up/down) to HIVE.
We have adjusted the layout to a more tabular display to properly fit all tokens and look neat.
You will notice a dedicated actions button now available whenever there are multiple actions available for a token.
Clicking on the transfer/stake/unstake button will popup a modal with the details and enabling to perform said action, as seen below in the send and stake screens.
We believe this update brings tons of value to our users, aligned with our recent update to notifications and the inclusion of hive-engine transactions as part of the notifications aligns perfectly with a more complete user experience.

How long until this is on iOS version?
Also, can you make iOS version respect the notch? It seems to make the Post button quite a bit smaller when you don’t.
But keep up the awesome work. Actifit is my number one Fitness app.
