delicious!

2 onions
1 healthy chunk of ginger
1 small hokkaido
2 juicy oranges
1 litre veggie broth
a swig of full fat cream
a pinch of salt and pepper

glaze the onions with the ginger
add oranges and pumpkin and broth
boil for 10 minutes then add the cream and blend
skip the optional step of making a mess

so easy and so good
