Today I kicked off my new daily goal of reaching at least 8000 steps per day. I have already conquered the first 5000 and will be looking to close the deal this evening. I would like to eventually aim at 10 000 steps per day, but I am keeping it as attainable as possible to start with.
Walks in and around my neighborhood, as well as the beach are part of my daily "diet". Here's to health, fitness and life!
