My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2024

The weather is finally warming back up in my area so going for walks has become the routine. Hope to add in more types of exercise as I go along but it feels good to be moving again and burning calories.

I’ve set a goal for myself to try and lose 10 lbs over the next 5 weeks. That is pushing the limit since healthy weight loss is roughly 1-2 lb/wk. I’ve got a solid diet plan in place though and have already started to see some success so it’s just a matter of chugging through it and staying active.

I’ll keep posting my progress on here!

Also - should out to the Actifit team for their collaboration with Splinterlands. That’s a big part of me wanting to jump back into tracking my progress here!

Losing 10 lbs in five weeks is doable. Health is afterall very important. When I recently found about some of my diagnosis. I decided to start eating differently. Goodluck with it.
