Hallo actifitters, vandaag was ik weer wat actiever en ben gaan joggen. Er waren zware windstoten dus het was niet gemakkelijk. Af en toe langzaam en dan weer heel snel. In elk geval heb ik weer 8000 stappen gemaakt.
