Hello and welcome! :)
In the morning I wrote down everything I had to do this week. It turned out to be a lot of stuff and this information kept me overwhelmed to the end of the day. According to the "Eat the frog" method, I started with the task that seemed the worst, which was writing an essay. I'm glad I did it on Monday and I have the rest of the week for studying.
I also went for a walk in the afternoon. I managed to rethink my whole life 😅 I'm just kidding, but honestly I'm overthinking a lot of things now. Maybe it's good, because I have a lot to focus on, but on the other hand it's kinda exhausting. Do you have any problems with overthinking? You can let me know.

Overthinking can result from stress or being ideal for sometime.
But thinking is not a bad thing, that is your subconscious trying to put things to order.
Though no matter how we think to figure things out, things will surely take it's cause of action.
So, in all......it should be less thinking more action that is required in life.
