An unusual amount of time and activity spent outside
The day was more than full. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Weighty insights
It is now the middle of the night. As I had already noted for the previous day, I had missed the moment to publish the post from the day before. When taking the screenshots, I simply hadn't thought about the fact that I hadn't used a quiet minute to publish in Actifit what I had already prepared the day before.
However, everything else went incredibly well today. Before my first glass of hot water, I was even able to enjoy a warm shower outdoors. I took my NEMs with delicious pancakes that were fried for us. And I even had a second magnesium in the evening.
A wonderfully long walk with a good friend and dog resulted in plenty of unusual activity, visible here for the day. And even reflected in the Sweatcoin app. I still don't know much about Sweatcoins and Sweat Tokens. But it's a pleasure to play with them a little.

Ungewöhnlich viel Zeit und Bewegung draußen verbracht
Der Tag war mehr als voll. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Gewichtige Einblicke
Inzwischen ist es mitten in der Nacht. Wie für den Vortag bereits notiert, hatte ich den Moment verpasst, den Beitrag vom Tag vor dem Vortag zu veröffentlichen. Ich hatte beim Erstellen der Bildschirmfotos schlicht nicht daran gedacht, dass ich noch keine ruhige Minute genutzt hatte, um in Actifit zu veröffentlichen, was ich am betreffenden Tag bereits vorbereitet hatte.
Dafür hat alles andere heute jedoch unfassbar gut geklappt. Vor meinen ersten Glas heißem Wasser hatte ich sogar warm unter einer Außendusche duschen können. Meine NEMs nahm ich zu leckeren Pfannkuchen, die uns gebraten wurden. Und sogar in ein zweites Magnesium hatte ich am Abend gedacht.
Ein wundervoll langer Spaziergang mit gutem Freund und Hund ergab reichlich ungewöhnliche Bewegung, die hier für diesen Tag sichtbar geworden ist. Und das sogar in der Sweatcoin app. Ich weiß zwar mit den Sweatcoins und den Sweat Token noch immer nicht viel anzufangen. Doch es ist eine Freude, damit ein wenig zu spielen.
