Trending should get every post downvoted, everyday, imo.

This discord originated back when flagging people cost upvote mana to do.
So, we sacrificed rewards to flag abuse back then.
Hive Downvote Rewards was an initiative to mitigate some of that cost.
Time has ground it down, but the folks are still there, mostly.
