Dumbbell chest press @12kgx2 max
Pectoral fly(machine) @26kg

Cable machine (not sure of the tension setup):
Tricep extension (rope) @22.5kg
Tricep pushdown (bar) @31.5kg

A bit of cardio on the treadmill @4kph for 15mins + cooldown
