My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2023

I went to work at eight o'clock today. I was working from 8 am to 11 am. Again I go to work three hours a day. It works for about three to three hours. Finished work at six o'clock. I came to the room at six o'clock. Then I went for a jog at seven o'clock. Run me from seven to half past seven. Then Isa rest for a whileThen tomorrow goes again at 9 o'clock at night. Again works for three consecutive hours. I left work at twelve o'clock at night. This was my whole day's activity.
