Just one hour into the day.. had been out to get some exercise. Over the last few days I had an episode of some anomaly in the chest the symptoms of which mimic a cardiac arrest. Got tested for troponin, ECG and then took an opinion of a general physician and cardiologist all seems to be normal thankfully.
