At first I thought that the best investment was a lot of money, but it turns out everything would go very wrong if it wasn't accompanied by good health.
A lot of young people are starting to get sick and it has started to spread to many of my friends. Obesity and lack of movement or exercise are keywords for degenerative diseases. Really, it really hurts. So before it's too late, you must be aware of your body and mental health.
