E vamos mantendo um ritmo bom. Continuo com meu quadro de insônia bem pesada e tudo por causa de uma série de problemas pessoais.

Hoje após alguns dias sem ir a academia voltei. E o treino foi muito bom. Mesmo tendo dormido somente 3 horas.
